Three ways to work together

Every wedding is different. Start with the package that matches how much is already handled, and we'll adjust from there.

Day-Of Coordination

Starting at $850

For couples who've planned it all and need it executed. I come in about four weeks out and carry it home.

  • Two planning calls before the wedding
  • Master timeline & vendor run-of-show
  • Confirmation calls with every vendor
  • Ceremony rehearsal direction
  • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination
  • Emergency kit & end-of-night breakdown

Full support

Month-Of Management

Starting at $1,450

Everything in Day-Of, plus a real handoff period — I take over the inbox, the contracts, and the chasing six to eight weeks out.

  • Everything in Day-Of Coordination
  • Full vendor contract review
  • Floor plan & seating chart build-out
  • Rehearsal dinner coordination
  • Unlimited email & text through the wedding
  • Second coordinator for the day

The voyages part

Honeymoon & Travel

Starting at $400

The trip after the party. Researched, booked, and itineraried — so you step off the plane knowing exactly where you're going.

  • Destination shortlist built to your budget
  • Flights, stays & transfers booked
  • Day-by-day itinerary with reservations
  • Restaurant & excursion recommendations
  • Travel document & entry-requirement check
  • On-call support while you're away

Pricing varies with guest count, venue, and travel. Every quote is flat-rate and written down before anything is signed — no hourly surprises. Weddings outside the local area include a flat travel fee quoted upfront.

Not sure which one

Most couples need less than they think.

If your venue is telling you to hire a coordinator, Day-Of Coordination is almost always the package they mean. It covers the requirement and the parts of the day that actually go sideways.

Month-Of makes sense when you're still mid-planning and want the last stretch off your plate entirely — or when the guest list is big enough that the logistics have stopped being fun.

Honeymoon & travel

The trip after the party.

Most couples finish the wedding with no plan for the week that follows and no energy left to make one. Travel planning covers the shortlist, the bookings, and a day-by-day itinerary you can actually follow — whether that's a beach, a city, or a trailhead at altitude.

It's available on its own, with or without coordination, and it makes a genuinely good group wedding gift.
