Calm is part of the service
Plans change. I solve what changed, update the people who need to know, and keep the day moving.
About
A planner by instinct and a spreadsheet person by habit — which turns out to be exactly the right combination for this job.
I'm the person friends call when the seating chart falls apart at 11pm. Vargas Vows & Voyages started the way most good things do — someone needed a hand, it went well, and then someone else asked.
What I actually do is translate: turning a couple's vision into instructions clear enough that a florist, a DJ, and an uncle with a folding table can all follow them on the same afternoon. Vendors get one point of contact. You get to be a guest at your own wedding.
The travel half of the business came later, and for the same reason — couples kept asking who was handling the honeymoon, and the honest answer was nobody. Now it's me.
Based in Denver, Colorado and available for travel.

The details matter. The stress does not need to reach you.
Plans change. I solve what changed, update the people who need to know, and keep the day moving.
Timelines, contacts, handoffs, and backup plans — no important detail depends on someone remembering it.
For a ceremony, a flight, or a missing cake knife, the alternative is ready before anyone needs it.
The voyages half
I plan my own trips the same way I plan a wedding day — obsessively, in a spreadsheet, with a backup for the parts that can go wrong. That's me above, at a dawn balloon launch, on a morning that took a lot of scheduling to be standing there for.
Honeymoon planning was the natural extension. Couples kept asking who was handling the trip, and it turned out the answer could be the same person handling the day.
